In 2003, people were surprised to see Bruce and Watson competing for a championship at the US Open.
Bruce could hardly walk, [ ⑤ ]he was desperately carrying out his task as a caddy. They were surely
the central players of the tour, and all the others the supporting cast.
They both knew that this could be the last time playing together. It wasa glorious moment for both of
them in front ofacheering audience.
In every TV interview after the tournament, Watson talked about Bruce and appealed to people to donate
