I have two reasons why. To begin with, there are lot of water in Japan than other countries. WVe can use it whenever we like it. But it is difficult for other countries to do because they do not have a lot of water. But they can manage to live with less water. In addition, we often keep it running while we are taking a shower or washing dishes. Many people use it unconsciously therefore It is a problem. For these reasons l agree with this opinion
