黄色の下線部の部分を one valueとone eternal繋いでいて、there is onlyとwhich we can call xは共通語だと思って、「xと呼べる唯一の価値や唯一の永遠のものがあること」訳したのですが違って、
one eternal thingは前のone valueの同格語を表しているのですが、どうやって判別できますか？

次の英文の下線部を訳しなさい
The scientist's concern is truth, the artist's concern is beauty.
Now some philosophers tell us that beauty and truth are the same
thing. They say there is only one value, one eternal thing which we
can call x, and that truth is the name given to it by the scientist and
beauty the name given to it by the artist.
