1. to publish(動詞の原形)：不定詞 その本は18世紀に(✕出版する)[と言われている]。
※✕本は出版しない → 〇本は出版される

2. to have published(動詞の完了形)：不定詞の完了形　その本は18世紀に(✕出版した)[と言われている]。
※to＋have ～ed(動詞の完了形)：前の動詞の時制よりも古い時制を表す → 前の動詞はis said(現在形)であるので、have publishedは「過去」を表す
＝ It is said that the book published(過去形) in the eighteenth century.

3. to be published(受動態)：不定詞の受動態　その本は18世紀に(✕出版される)[と言われている]。
＝ It is said that the book is published(現在形受動態) in the eighteenth century.
