英語にも色々な言い方があるので、私の答えがふぅさんの持っている問題集の答えと合っていない場合もあるのでそこはごめんなさい！

1) He can swim.
2) May I use your bicycle?
3) Could you clean my room for me?
4) Earthquake could happen anytime.
5) That news can't be true.
6) Can I sit here?/ May I sit here?
7) It might rain
8) You have to wake up/ get up early.
9) You are not allowed to park here.
10) I have to go to that office today.
11) You don't need to/ have to speak English in here.
12) He must be happy.

May/ Could/ Can/ might などは文章によって使い分けられます。頼み事などをするときはCould の方がもっと丁寧な言い方になるので、couldにしたほうが良いと思います(^-^)
Might は、かもしれない。です

⑷earthquakeは可算名詞なのでanかtheかsか何か必要かなと思います。正確に何をつけるべきかはよくわかりません。ごめんなさい。
⑸助動詞の後に動詞が必要なのでbeを入れます。
もしかしたらcan't beの方が自然かも。
