x=X+Y,y=X-Yと置き換えて計算して(X^2/4)+(Y^2/12)=1の楕円の式が出てきましたがそこからどうすれば原点からの最短最長距離が出てくるのか分かりません

[小間 A3] 原点 (origin) から楕円 (ellipse) x² + xy + y² = 3 までの最短距離 (shortest distance) と最長距離 (longest distance) を求めよ。
