とりあえず書いてみました、が、エッセイとしてはなんか変な文章です。。。

Italian cuisine is often eaten in Japan. Casual dishes like pizza are quite popular for youngsters. Putting some toppings makes pizza more delicious with some tastes you like. Pasta dishes are also popular here. Spaghetti with various sauces are widely spreaded just like pizza. It is sometimes said that Italian cuisine is healthier than any other European cuisines. It is because olive oil is used in cooking Italian. Japanese people really like Italian cuisine.
