会社全体という意味の英文を書く時、 allを使うと、all this companyなのに対し wholeを使うと、this whole companyとthisの位置が違くなるのはなぜですか。

単語自体がそもそも分からず、音読するのがいいと聞いたりするのですが、全体的にどの教科も理解できなくて誰にも質問することができないのですが、英語はどう覚えて理解すればいいですか？
