Dear Mr. Singh,
Tam writing to inform you of my intention to retire from Norman Paint atthe
end of April next year. Unfortunarely 1 do not think that there are any
membcrs in the department who are ready to replace me as department head,
and it will be necessary to hire someone from outside the company. 1 would
like to assist by both choosing my replacement and training the person to take
over my role.
Iregret that 1 will not be able to contribute to the temporary automobile paint
the company will be developing the monrh after I leave. tkis something that
and ir was disappointing
that 1 wi not be able ro be here for irs realization. Nevertheless, I believe thar
drivers wi enjoy the abiliry to temporarily change the color of their vehicles.
No doubt ir will be as successful for the company as the fre-resistant paint
you and I worked on together in this department 20 years ago, and the
magnetic Daint the company released just last year.
